| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to direct the respondent to file the "defense photo exhibits" on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 1, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before November 24, 2014, the respondent shall obtain the photographs entered into evidence by the defendant at trial, and file the photographs in the office of the Clerk of this Court.
