Application by the respondents CK-HP 1985 Marcus Avenue, LLC, and CLK Management Corp. pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 17, 2013. Separate application by the respondent Spanier Building Maintenance Co., Inc., for the same relief. Application by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications by the respondents and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondents' applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 19, 2014, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's application is denied as premature.
