| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 20, 2013, in effect, to recall and vacate three decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated June 11, 2014, July 16, 2014, and August 8, 2014, respectively, which granted the separate motions of the respondents Helen Hyosum Kim, Alfonso Ponce, Jitendra Patel, Rajashree Patil, and Nelson Alcaraz to dismiss the appeal insofar as asserted against each of them as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until November 21, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
