Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 17, 2009, for leave to renew his prior motion to enlarge the judgment roll to include certain material, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 25, 2014, and for leave to file exhibits to his pro se supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file exhibits to the pro se supplemental brief is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 3, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
