Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of bail order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to January 14, 2015 and operation of the order dated February 4, 2014 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until the determination of the appeal provided the appeal is perfected by January 14, 2015.
