ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals and the cross appeal shall be heard together. Appellants-respondents shall file and serve a supplemental record on appeal and brief in case No. 519704 on or before November 24, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of appellants-respondents in case No. 519276 is granted, without costs, and the time to file and serve said brief, which shall contain the points of argument on their appeal in case No. 519276, is extended to November 24, 2014.
