Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 9, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 17, 2014, which stayed enforcement of the order entered September 9, 2014.
