| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 12, 2014, on the ground that it has been rendered academic, and to vacate a stay imposed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 29, 2014, as amended July 31, 2014. Cross motion by the appellant to relieve counsel for the respondent-respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, and the stay imposed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 29, 2014, as amended July 31, 2014, is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Family Court, Kings County.
