Appeal by Helene Hamilton from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 8, 2008. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 15, 2014, the appellant was directed to serve and file a replacement record and a replacement brief on or before October 15, 2014. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 15, 2014.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 15, 2014.
