| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered February 13, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pages 98 through 100 of the record as well as the references to the document on those pages in the table of contents are stricken, and on or before November 10, 2014, the appellant shall remove the stricken material from the copies of the record filed with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 1, 2014, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
