DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Camille Desvarieux from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 19, 2012. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2014, the appellant was directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain hearing transcripts and other material on or before September 29, 2014. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2014.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 19, 2014.
