| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Thomas Anthony Sirianni to stay, for a period of 45 days, enforcement of so much of the opinion and order of this Court dated September 10, 2014, as suspended him from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing October 10, 2014, so, in effect, the period of suspension commences on November 24, 2014. Mr. Sirianni was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 14, 1999. By temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of this Court dated October 7, 2014, Mr. Sirianni's suspension was stayed pending hearing and determination of the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, and the opinion and order of this Court dated September 10, 2014, is amended to provide that the period of suspension shall commence on October 28, 2014, and continue until further order of this Court, with leave to apply for reinstatement no sooner than April 28, 2016.
