DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated October 23, 2014, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on certification is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Alanyce S. A. and Omi J. A. from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV part), dated May 28, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Rachael E. Katan, Esq., dated September 5, 2014, it is

ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the petitioner-respondent is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the petitioner-respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the petitioner-respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
