On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 22, 2014, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 25, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "Separation" and substituting therefor the word "Separate."
