Application by the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals and cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 22, 2013, and an order of the same court dated March 29, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before November 10, 2014 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents shall serve and file their reply brief on or before December 10, 2014; the defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before December 26, 2014; and the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply brief on or before January 12, 2015.
