| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Joaquin Bonilla to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 8, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal by the appellant Joaquin Bonilla is granted, and the appellant Joaquin Bonilla's time to perfect his appeal is enlarged until December 29, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise is denied without prejudice to the appellant Madelin Rivera to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal.
