| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the appellants on appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 18, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated August 25, 2014, to enjoin the respondent from enforcing the judgment and to stay certain dissolution proceedings, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the decision (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-07900) are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
