DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated July 19, 2011 (People v LaPierre, 86 AD3d 619), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered February 15, 2008. The writ of error coram nobis was determined by decision and order dated May 14, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
