Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of A. Angelo DiMillo, Esq., dated September 4, 2014, the order to show cause with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Melissa A. Cavagnaro, Esq., sworn to October 7, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that petitioner-respondent is enjoined from enforcing the order of Family Court, Niagara County, entered July 16, 2013, pending the determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal is perfected on or before January 20, 2015.
