Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wyoming County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 14, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James M. Bumbarger, sworn to August 29, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Janet L. Bensman, Esq., dated September 16, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit addressing the allegations contained in the affirmation of Janet Bensman, dated September 16, 2014, and setting forth appellant's gross monthly income from all sources, and the method by which he supports himself and meets his listed financial obligations.
