Counsel for appellant having moved to be relieved of assignment on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on August 2, 2012, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jay D. Carr, Esq., sworn to August 28, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks relief from assignment is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Wendy S. Sisson, Esq., 131 Main Street, PO Box 242, Geneseo, New York 14454, is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Steuben County, provide Wendy S. Sisson, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-appellant file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before December 23, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
