Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Herkimer County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 10, 2013, and December 12, 2013, and the attorney for the child Alexia M.J., having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., dated October 8, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
