It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal from the order and judgment entered January 31, 2014, is removed from the day calendar for January 23, 2015, and added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing February 23, 2015, and shall be heard on the same day as the appeals from the order and order and judgment entered March 27, 2014, and May 28, 2014.
