Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2013, for failure to settle and file the trial transcript in accordance with CPLR 5525 and the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated December 5, 2013, and March 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
