In the Matter of George Rosquist, appellant,

et al., petitioner, v Richard Bove, et al., respondents.

(Index No. 80308/12)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by George Rosquist, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 6, 2013. Mr. Rosquist's appeal from the order dated August 6, 2013, was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 30, 2014, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, and leave to appeal had not been granted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

HALL, J.P., ROMAN, DUFFY and LASALLE, JJ., concur.
