DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 19, 2013, and September 16, 2014, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated September 16, 2014, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from that order.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-09088), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellants are not aggrieved by that order (see Drepaul v Allstate Ins. Co., 299 AD2d 391); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
