| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims, entered April 19, 2013, inter alia, for leave to reargue their prior motion for leave to file an oversized brief and for leave to perfect the appeal on the original record, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until December 1, 2014, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
