| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 18, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 25, 2013, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal. Cross motion by the respondents to preclude the appellant from filing further motions concerning the appeal without prior leave of the Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is granted.
