| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Matteo Nania for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated June 16, 2014, and to stay "further transfers or liquidations" of estate assets, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 13, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
