On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 27, 2014, on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both rendered April 5, 2012, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words: "the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words: "the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
