| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Congregation Ahava Moische, Inc., Bruce Karp, and Elias Blachman to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 6, 2013, and November 7, 2013, respectively, and for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, for leave to file a supplemental appendix, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 2, 2014, or, in the alternative, to deem their "supplemental appendix" to be a supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
