On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated October 17, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeals by Frances C. and Raymond S. from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2014. The respondent-appellant Frances C. was granted poor person relief on May 21, 2014, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal on behalf of Frances C.:
