Motion by respondent to seal a decision and order of this court dated December 24, 2012, which determined an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered September 12, 2011, to remove the decision from "the Court's website", or, in the alternative, to modify the decision by replacing respondent's name with his initials.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of this court or his designee is directed to request the State Reporter to remove the decision from the online publications, and to the further extent of modifying the decision by replacing respondent's name with his initials.
