On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 14, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 10, 2013, is amended by deleting from the fifth decretal paragraph thereof the words "County Law § 722," and substituting therefor the words "Judiciary Law § 35."
