ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 27, 2014, in the above entitled appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 31, 2014, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 27, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "January 27, 2015."
