An order having been entered on August 13, 2014, granting appellant's application to perfect the appeals taken herein as a poor person and assigning Patrick T. Chamberlain, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Patrick T. Chamberlain, Esq., dated October 21, 2014,
It is hereby ORDERED that Susan James, Esq., 696 Waterloo Geneva Road, PO Box 89, Waterloo, New York 13165, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Allegany County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on May 15, 2014, in place and stead of Patrick T. Chamberlain, Esq.; and said appeals may be prosecuted upon one stipulated or settled records and ten copies of appellant's briefs reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529; and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Allegany County is hereby directed to provide Susan James, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record sand ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before December 29, 2014, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
