Motion by appellant on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated August 26, 2013 to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 3, 2013, and extended by decisions and orders on motion dated April 9, 2014 and August 11, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers, including an affidavit showing that respondent's counsel was served with the motion.
