Motion by respondent on an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Village of Mamaroneck, Westchester County, entered June 6, 2014, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 5, 2014. Cross motion by appellant for an order directing the Town of Mamaroneck Public Housing Agency-Housing Choice Voucher Program to process appellant's application for housing assistance payments retroactively and prospectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted and the stay is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's cross motion is denied.
