Motion by Sarah K. Quinn, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 6, 2014, and to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of the order as directed that the hearing on the parties' motions to modify custody is to commence on December 10, 2014, is denied, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
