ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated October 27, 2014, in the above-entitled matter on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 21, 2013, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "November 16, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "November 17, 2014."
