Terry Mainord, Appellant.

Motion by appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 27, 2014, to punish respondents for contempt. By decision and order on motion dated October 24, 2014, this court set appellant's motion down for a hearing unless respondents or their counsel paid appellant the sum of $250 within seven days. Respondents have submitted proof of payment.

Now, upon the papers filed in support of appellant's motion and the papers filed by respondents in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied.
