| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to stay all further settlement conferences in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 14, 2013, October 31, 2013, February 21, 2014, February 26, 2014 (two orders), and March 3, 2014, respectively, and to remove the above-entitled action from the Kings County Foreclosure Settlement Conference Part.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay all further settlement conferences in the above-entitled action is granted, and all further settlement conferences in the above-entitled action are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
