On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 5, 2014, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 5, 2014, is amended by (1) adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof after the name "J. Leonard Spodek," the words "and Rosalind Spodek," and (2) deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the names "Moses Fried and Bernice Fried."
