DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jessica Graham for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated August 11, 2014. Separate motion by Jessica Graham for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel is denied as academic.
