SCHEDULING ORDER

Separate appeals by Lacey P., Richard S., Sr., and Vicki P., and cross appeal by Suffolk County Department of Social Services from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 12, 2013, and separate appeals by Lacey P., Richard S., Sr., and Vicki P. from an order of the same court dated December 20, 2013. The briefs of the respondents-appellants-respondents were filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court on July 24, 2014, July 31, 2014, and August 27, 2014, respectively. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time for the petitioner-respondent-appellant to serve and file a brief on the appeals and cross appeal is enlarged until December 3, 2014; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
