Motion by the respondents Armonk Shopping Center, Inc., G. B. Northeast 2, LLC, Werber Management, Inc., and Eden Enterprises, LLC, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 4, 2013, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
