DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Barbara Fonteboa for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated October 15, 2014, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a temporary order of protection, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals purportedly taken as of right are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
