Application by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Dutchess County, dated August 11, 2014, and a decree of the same court entered August 28, 2014, for leave to reargue certain portions of her prior application for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), which was determined by order of this Court dated September 26, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is denied.
