Appeal by Melvin Quinones and Camila Quinones from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated September 16, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Adetokunbo Oseni, Esq., dated October 28, 2014, it is

ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

(2) the petitioner-respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
