ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated November 6, 2014, in the above-entitled case on on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 16, 2013, and December 9, 2013, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "respondent-appellant," and substituting therefor the words "appellant-respondent," and by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the words "respondent-appellant's," and substituting therefor the words "appellant-respondent's."
